TRACKING NUMBER

Order status are updated after 9:30pm on the date of posting. An email will be sent as a notification with the tracking number and other delivery information.

Log into your account and you will be able to find your tracking number and order status under the ‘History’ tab.

SHIPPING TIME

Upon receipt of payment, orders will be sent within 1-2 working days. Courier delivery time is 2-3 working days. Orders are posted out from Monday-Friday. Ready stock orders placed before 10am will be posted out on the same day, orders placed after 10am will be sent out on the next working day.

SHIPPING CHARGES

CandyMaxx offers free delivery for all West Malaysia orders above RM50 and below 2kg. If your order is more than 2kg, kindly refer to shipping rate table for the additional charges. Postal charges also apply for delivery to East Malaysia.

CUSTOMS

There is a possibility of your package being held in customs, typically for orders from West Malaysia to East Malaysia. By placing an order with us, you have acknowledged the risks that your package may be held at customs and CandyMaxx will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or confiscation of packages. Please buy at own risk. As we cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs, it will be the customer’s responsibility to claim and recover packages from customs. Additional custom fees, duties, taxes and other encumbrances incurred from the shipping of our products.

CASH ON DELIVERY

COD (Cash on Delivery) services are available. Kindly make your COD appointment via Whatsapp, WeChat, SMS or Phone Call.

RETURN POLICY

All CandyMaxx products would have went through our quality check team, ensuring all products are in good working condition before packaging and sending out. It is advisable to immediately check on the received product to make sure that it is functioning. We are unable to offer any refund, return or exchange of the product due to health and personal hygiene reasons. If you feel that your product is faulty, do notify us within 24 hours from the date you receive your product. Our team will assist you from there.
